We honor our company anniversaries
Becker Brakel is looking forward to celebrating with employees who are celebrating their 10th, 25th and 40th anniversaries this year. “Without the loyalty and commitment of its employees, Becker would not be as successful on the market. That is why we would like to use this ceremony to pay special tribute to our long-serving employees, who represent more than 365 years of Becker experience, and express our thanks to them. The fact that many employees have remained loyal to our company for a long time underlines the family character of Becker,” said Managing Partners Gerrit Becker and Mario Heiming, welcoming the employees celebrating their anniversaries.
Special thanks go to five employees from fixture construction, production, toolmaking and the works council who have reached the unusual milestone of 40 years of service: Johannes Hanecke, Lorenz Potthast, Bernd Freier, Klaus-Martin Meyer and Werner Rebmann. The former managing director and shareholder Dr. Ralf Becker has also been with the company since 1983, the 3rd generation.
We would also like to thank the 3 employees from Production, Model Construction and the REFA department who are celebrating their silver jubilee, i.e. 25 years with the company: Valerij Majer, Udo Tobie and Ralph Schneidewind.
The management presented them with a certificate of honor from the Bielefeld Chamber of Industry and Commerce, as well as a personal commemorative gift.
I have been working in production and model making at the company for 10 years. Becker: Ramazan Kaya, Edwin Tobie, Benjamin Neufeld and Simon Sawazki.
A heartfelt thank you was also given to the employees who took their well-deserved retirement this year: Alexander Paul, Herbert Wiesenhöfer, Dieter Dornieden, Waldemar Schodrowski, Rüdiger Hommers, Metin Yilmaz, Andreas Keiser, Christian Pieper, Roswitha Mikus, Klaus Strassmann, Josef Van Dieken, Rolf Bisdorf, Franz Unruhe, Martina Queren and Wolfgang Schmitz.
The ceremony was followed by a cozy coffee break, during which many memories were exchanged.
