Becker GmbH & Co KG honored its long-serving employees at a ceremony, paying tribute to a total of over 435 years of combined experience and commitment.
In their speeches, the two managing partners Gerrit Becker and Mario Heiming highlighted the loyalty and commitment of the employees celebrating their anniversaries, who have made a significant contribution to the company’s success. “The loyalty of our employees is a sign of the family nature of our company and a corporate culture based on mutual respect and appreciation,” emphasized Gerrit Becker.
A special moment of the celebration was dedicated to five employees who can look back on an impressive 40 years with the company: Martina Klümper, Dirk Formella, Peter Stein, Rudy Demorelle and Jürgen Foitzik.
Nine other employees were also honored for their 25th anniversary:
Arif Göral, Nesat Nalci, Jakob Bergen, Hermann Bechtold, Mehmet Kanbo, Kachaber Leise, Igor Kröker, Frank Wolff and Felix Buddenberg.
Maximilian Horn, who has been part of the team for 10 years, was also recognized for his loyalty and achievements.
As part of the celebrations, the management presented the jubilarians with honorary certificates from the Bielefeld Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as personal gifts as a token of appreciation.
The official part of the event came to a harmonious end with a cozy coffee break, during which many shared memories were exchanged.
